No! We don’t believe in contracts, trusting you will love our services so much that you will want us to continue serving you. Give us 30 days’ notice and we will end your plan.
Can I change plans?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. We ask for 30 days’ notice if you wish to downgrade plans. This helps our drivers and workshop team members stay organized.
Are these prices per person?
No! Membership prices are for your family living under one roof.
Can these be used for a business?
Unfortunately, no. We have designated membership services for our commercial accounts and would love to share those with you.
Do I need to wait for the first of the month or can my first month be prorated?
You can sign up on any day of the month. Your card on file will be charged that day and that will also be the day each subsequent month when your card will be charged.

I'm new to Longview and needed a quick repair to some slacks. The service was very friendly and professional. The turnaround time was surprisingly quick, and the price was more than fair. I am handicapped and didn't want/need the hassle of unloading my equipment from my trunk.
