Can I change plans?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. We ask for 30 daysā notice if you wish to downgrade plans. This helps our drivers and workshop team members stay organized.
Are these prices per person?
No! Membership prices are for your family living under one roof.
Can these be used for a business?
Unfortunately, no. We have designated membership services for our commercial accounts and would love to share those with you.
Do I need to wait for the first of the month or can my first month be prorated?
You can sign up on any day of the month. Your card on file will be charged that day and that will also be the day each subsequent month when your card will be charged.
